​This ​package offers full birth support starting during your pregnancy up to 8 weeks postpartum. This package includes - ​

• Two 1-2 hour prenatal visits where I will have the opportunity to get to know you and your family, your wants and wishes, if you have any emotional barriers, discuss past birth experiences, and provide some childbirth education.

• Support by phone, text, & email throughout pregnancy and early labor - Have a question? Want more information on a specific topic but don't know where to look? Let me know and I will send you evidence based information for you check out! Think you might be in labor but not sure? Reach out. We can determine if you are having prodromal labor, early labor, if your body needs hydration and rest or if it would be a good time to make a call to your care provider.

•  Continuous in-person support once in active labor - 1 hour after birth. If you are in early labor and are really needing extra support, I will be on my way to you! In active labor and ready for me to join you in your birthing space? I will stop what I am doing and head your way! I am on-call for your birth starting at 37 weeks.s

•  Two 1-2 hour postpartum visit - During these visits we will discuss your birth story, help with light housekeeping, answer any questions regarding postpartum and infant care, breastfeeding + lactation support, complete 60 minute postpartum massage, give referral to resources in the community.

This investment $1,500 - Payment arrangements available. Sliding scale fee and bartering available for those who qualify.
